Poonawalla made a fibreglass sculpture specially for the Tiger Trail by WWF-Singapore alongside leading artists from around the world. Having been displayed at The National Gallery of Singapore, the work Striped Tiger (Lot 27) was on view at MSpace and Maybank, Singapore till 9 April before going up for auction with all the funds going to WWF Singapore. Inspired by the Common Butterfly, Poonawalla presents a Tiger with butterfly’s wings on its body to depict that both these creatures let each other borrow strength, support and positivity during tough times.
